Join Bliss Cadogan every Sunday evening for her unique Yoga blend 60 minute class. Yoga blend is a mix of traditional yoga poses combined with dynamic exercises to help strengthen and tone the muscles, assist with weight/fat loss and improve overall physical health. This beginners class is a good introduction to those interested in incorporating yoga and fitness into their training. This class is only £6 and is our accessible community class .
