Yoga has become an increasingly integral part of modern living. Yoga is not just about the asanas( yoga poses) but also pranayama ( breathing techniques) and mindfulness. These practises help us mentally and physically. Regular practise can help to nourish and quieten the nervous system , aids digestion, regulates endocrine system as well as helps to create a stronger more flexible body. This class is 90 minutes and we have two exceptional teachers and teaching styles in Jo Rudolphy and Saskia Marguerite Vinkhyzen. Jo and Saskia will alternate teaching each week.

This class is suitable for all levels and as a friendly, welcoming and non judgemental approach to teaching. We hope to see you on the mat!
