Tri Prana is a social enterprise established originally from its yoga café in Tottenham by Holistic health, Ayurvedic practitioner Shanti Naliah.
Tri Prana has a focus on Healthy lifestyle, Well- Being and Mental Health for the local community it serves.
Our aim continues to enable all sectors of the community to have access to workshops and classes on healthy eating, fitness and well -being. We share our expertise and links with partners to offer yoga, mindfulness and holistic health services to vulnerable and more isolated groups within our communities.
We also place an importance in integration and through our classes, groups and education we aim to bring all groups who are isolated through language barriers, learning difficulties, mental health conditions and elderly groups into the wider community to feel empowered and connected.
Through partnerships and network links with other social enterprises, charities and people within the local community, our goal is to join up and help co ordinate all the wonderful work taking place within Haringey and more closely in Tottenham and to be the hub for health, fitness and good mental well being.
Tri Prana is governed by a Board of Trustees made up of members who live in Tottenham and Haringey, Our members meets quarterly and are responsible for overseeing our policy and strategy, our trustees make sure that we continue to work towards our aims and objectives according to the values that underpin our organisation.
