I started practising yoga 15 years ago for health reasons and am a strong believer of Yoga for Health. I believe our yoga practise can help us attain greater consciousness, inner peace and strength, benefiting our body, mind and soul.
I trained in multi style yoga with the Trimutri Yoga school in Goa and have been fortunate to learn Prenatal physiology and Pregnancy yoga from the YogaMama team. I have a relaxed and fun teaching style, often working in pairs or in a group. I enjoy adapting the practise to the health requirements of the individuals in a class.
I have a Physiology Bsc and carried out my Biophysics PhD research on Molecular Biology, researching the function of muscles.
Off the mat I love rock climbing, spicy food, and have 2 little toddlers who are my real Gurus for Yoga.
