Tri Prana

Tri Prana are blenders of herbal tea inspired by the holistic healing principles of Ayurveda. We have been blending teas since 2012 and we only ever use organic ethically sourced ingredients.  Tri Prana herbal teas are made and packaged up in Tottenham and we opened our Independent Vegetarian and Vegan Yoga Cafe and Smoothie bar in 2016. We serve happy brunches veggie and vegan dishes, Grilled cheese toasties, delicious grilled vegan cheeze toasties, salad buddah bowls and fantastic veggie & vegan one pot curry dishes served with roti flat breads.


Tri Prana are committed to improving Mental health awareness and we aim to help remove the stigma and discrimination towards Mental health issues. If you have been dealing with mental health issues for years and neverspoke about it, our TEA and TALK pop up sessions are a safe,  warm  and friendly place to start chatting out! Tri Prana offers yoga classes every Monday, Wednesday and Sunday and we hope we provide a real community feel at our classes where classmates can chat over herbal tea after the session.

Tri Prana is supportive of local artists and talent in the area and regularly feature work by up and coming artists for free as well as offering our space to practitioners in the health and well being sector.



Our influences are gathered from across the globe where our mixed heritage backgrounds drive our foodie fusions and love of life.

Wednesday 21st March 5pm

This workshop aims to  teach you this beautiful craft of creating your own hollistic tea from scratch. We will explore the principles of ayurveda and the wonderful benefits herbs and spices can bring towards, mind, body and soul. By the end of the session you will have gained your very own tea tool kit! Places are limited so please email us to book your space.

We cook with the seasons and believe healthy and delicious food can be easy and fun. We use local sustainable ingredients as much as practicable avoiding when possible, any herbicides or pesticides that pollute our soils and environment. We are a café during the day and offer a secret yoga studio in the evenings ..shhh!

Jo Rudolphy.



Jo completed her teacher training with Yogacampus at the well established ‘Life Centre’ and she has studied with Roy Stryker, Matthew Sanford and is a devotee of Doug Keller. Jo leads our "Strong Foundations Vinyasa" classes.

Jo’s philosophy is practicing yoga is not about getting good at yoga, but about getting good at life!

Our Strong Foundations class is ideal for anyone who would like to gain a strong understanding on the elements of Yoga including Pranayama ( breathing) and correct alignment of Asanas( poses). Each class is 90 minutes duration. Practise with confidence! 

Yoga Mats and complimentary Tri-Prana herbal tea are provided.

"Our Vinyasa and Restore classes build up heat in the body with vinyasa flow practiced to music with hands on assists and philosophy threaded through the class. Expect the sequence to change each week with different themes. Followed by longer held Restorative postures using bolsters, activating the parasympathetic nervous system or rest and digest. A class involving both dynamic and restful yoga - a great mid week treat for busy Londoners!"

Vinyasa- Movement of limbs and poses linked with breath- the emphasis of the breath with the movement helps one stay in the moment during the practice- if our mind wonders, we can get left behind!


Vinyasa flow practiced regularly, may bring consciousness to each movement in each moment.

Join Kitty Murphy for our Sunday Evening Yoga . These classes are suitable for all levels but especially good for beginners.

You will be taught correct alignment in each pose as well as gentle vinyasa flow instruction. These classes are priced at £5 as we wish Yoga at Tri Prana to be accessible to all.

Tea and Talk

We offer a warm and safe space to host our “Tea and Talk” sessions for people who are experiencing mental health issues.

We are committed to breaking down the taboo when discussing mental health problems. We hope that soon there will be no shame attached to this form of health issue.

We are passionate about improving health and well being in our local community and London.

There are many disadvantages and discriminations that certain members of the community have to face which is why we initiated tea and talk sessions where we can discuss issues of anxiety and stress in a non-judgmental environment.
